At age 7, I wanted to be a ____ when I grew up:
A teacher. I think I just wanted to be able to design my own bulletin boards. And have recess for the rest of my life.
I could binge-watch ___ all day:
The Great British Baking Show. I’ve tried my hand at baking countless times, but I’ve found I’m much more successful at watching other people bake.
Farthest place I’ve traveled:
Anaheim, California to go to Disneyland when I was 5 years old. I love rollercoasters now, but I was terrified of them as a kid so I spent the whole trip getting autographs from Disney princesses and riding the carousel.
My ideal day:
Floating on a raft in the ocean or a lake. I’d even settle for a pool. As long as the sun is shining and I’m in some body of water.
If I could have a superpower, it would be:
Teleportation. Being able to travel anywhere in the world at the snap of your fingers? And no commute to work? Sign me up.
Always be looking for opportunities to learn. If you aren’t willing to try something different or pick up a new skill, you’re putting yourself in such a small box. Learning & growing is what keeps work fun and exciting.
